Structure
Gryphon Citadel's team structure has five levels, each with distinct roles aimed at achieving the most effective blend of research skills, analytical capabilities, industry and consulting experience. Our structure is different from other firms. Our advancement path is: Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, Partner, Managing Partner. And while our structure mirrors the classic pyramid shape of the industry, the base of our pyramid is narrower than that of our competitors - meaning our partner to staff ratio is higher allowing for close interaction with senior professionals. |
